Refund policy
Please note: the weight of your item(s) could fluctuate between 0.1 grams. This may be lower, or higher than the item(s) description. Although we weigh items carefully, on occasions, the scale(s) calibration might differ by 0.1g.
At Nashad Jewellers, we adhere to a meticulous product inspection process prior to shipment. We are pleased to offer our customers the opportunity to request refunds within a 14-day period from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, all items must be returned in their original condition, complete with intact security tags and gift boxes. Additionally, items must exhibit no signs of prior usage. We kindly request photographic evidence of the tags still attached to facilitate the verification process. The customer is responsible for covering the return postage fees if the product is non faulty.
Please note: Transactions that are flagged by 3D Secure will require ID verification before orders are sent out.
Any item that is altered in design, size or in any other capacity will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Items sent back with the security tag removed will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
We conduct a thorough quality and assurance process before sending out any items. However, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for items skin penetrating items, such as earrings and studs. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
